Where is Gallery One based?

Gallery Ones’ HQ is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. However we ship worldwide and are currently expanding our geographical footprint by setting up fulfillment center’s globally. 

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once you make a purchase you will automatically receive an email confirmation with your sales receipt and confirmation number.

How long will it take to ship my items?

Typically, delivery takes between 3-5 working days in Dubai & internationally. However, we always try our best to deliver before this timeframe.

My order has arrived but it’s wrong or damaged, what should I do?

If your package didn’t arrive safe & sound, and in perfect condition please don’t worry. Send an email to our lovely customer service team at onlineorders@g-1.com and reference your order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP and resolve the issue! We need to be notified of any issues within 10 days of delivery.

 

Are your products covered under warranty?

We provide a warranty option which can be purchased separately for an incremental 150 AED. This applies to all categories. The warranty period is for 2 years for all wear and tear. Our team of experts will be checking and after their approval, you can claim your warranty of equal price for either the same or a different artwork.
